We offer a 2.5% discount off your total invoice if you use more then 1 of our hire services (eg, Chair Hire & Table Linen Hire)
 
We offer a 5% discount off your total invoice if you use 3 or more of our hire services (eg, Chair Hire, Table Linen Hire & Centrepiece Hire)
 
We charge a £25.00 non-refundable booking fee to confirm your order (only one booking fee required for any amount of services through Wedding Simplicity), this fee will be deducted from your final bill. Should you wish to cancel your booking with Wedding Simplicity, this will be non-refundable.
 
We require a 25% security deposit 4 weeks prior to your hire date (30% on DIY orders), this will be refunded 
to you once we receive the hired goods back undamaged. You will receive your deposit by BACS transfer or Cheque no later then 7 days after we receive the goods back. We will be in contact with you within 3 days of your date to confirm if you have incurred any damages to your hire items, we will also inform you of the cost to replace these items. 
 
You will need to pay the balance of your invoice 4 weeks prior to your booked date, less your £25.00 booking fee already paid. (you will receive information of amounts and payment due dates once you have paid your booking fee).
 
If you require services like stationary or favours we will require 75% of the total cost upfront to enable us to process your order, we will then require the remaining 25% before collection or delivery of the items.
